Privacy Policy

When you sign in with Discord we read your Discord user ID, username, display name, global name and avatar hash, along with the date your Discord account was created. We request only the Discord permissions identify and guilds.

If you join our Discord server we also store your Discord role assignments so your website access can stay in step with your server roles.

You can add a bio, profile banner, pronouns, country and timezone through your profile settings, and change your privacy choices at any time.

We use your data to authenticate you, to show your profile to other members, to grant and maintain your access, and to keep the service secure and available. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

Every successful Discord sign-in is recorded with your account, the method used, the Discord ID, and the time. Discord sign-ins are not recorded with your IP address.

Staff password logins do record the IP address and browser user agent, as do failed sign-in attempts. These security records exist to detect and investigate abuse of staff accounts.

We set one essential session cookie so you stay signed in. It is required for the site to function, cannot be used to track you across other sites, and is not used for advertising. Signing out clears it.

You can view and change your profile details and privacy settings at any time from your settings page. You can also ask to be removed from the community.

Requests to access, correct or erase your personal data can be made by contacting the management team through the site. We will respond to verified requests in line with applicable data protection law.

We keep your account for as long as you are a member of the community. If you leave or are removed, your account is deleted and the associated personal data goes with it, except records we are required to retain for security or legal reasons.

Your sign-in depends on Discord, which handles its own data under its own privacy policy. We do not share your details with advertisers, data brokers or analytics networks.

Member accounts have no usable password. Access depends on your Discord account, so we recommend enabling two-factor authentication on Discord itself. Data is stored in an access-controlled database and only staff with the relevant permission can view member records.
